How to Integrate Freshsales with CallHippo?
Followings are the steps to perform for Freshsales Integration:
To integrate your callhippo account with freshsales, follow these steps.
Step 1. Log in to your freshsales account.
Step 2. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner and click on settings.
Step 3. Now click on API settings tab and verify the captcha -
Step 4. Now copy your api key and write it somewhere.
Step 5. Now get the domain name from the url. Example in url - “ https://callhippo.freshsales.io “ the callhippo is the domain name.
Step 6. Now you have both your domain name and your api key.
Followings are the steps to perform for CallHippo.com Integration:
Step 1. Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.
Step 2. Now click on +integrate button and you will be redirected to another page.
Step 3. Now click on +Connect Your Freshsales and Enter you Api key and domain name which you copied earlier and click on Save.
Step 4. Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on Ok.
Step 5. Now click on next and your will be redirected to your callhippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated.
Step 6. You have successfully integrated your freshsales account with callhippo.
Features of Freshsales Integration -
All your contacts will be synced with Callhippo dialer.
Whenever you update a contact or add a new contact after integration. It will take 24 hours to sync with callHippo dialer.
You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your freshsales contacts in callhippo dialer. You can also click on that call log in freshsales for detailed information.
You will get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your freshsales contacts in callhippo dialer.
Limitations of fresh sales integration -
When you delete a contact from fresh sales after integration. It won’t be automatically deleted from callhippo dialer. You have to delete it manually from callhippo dialer. However if you won’t delete it from callhippo dialer you still won’t get any call activity from that contact.
