Monday.com Integration Setup Guide

Followings are the steps to perform for Monday.com Integration:



Step 1. Login to your Monday.com account:





Step 2. Click on the profile icon on the bottom left corner of the dashboard:





Step 3. There you can click on the “Admin” option and you will have the admin settings menu. On  that screen, click on the “API” option from the left side menu:





Step 4. From the above API setting screen of Admin, generate the API token and copy it, and note it down somewhere, as it will be used in further steps.



The Following are the steps to perform for CallHippo.com Integration:



Step 5. Now, login to your CallHippo account by the following URL:

https://web.CallHippo.com/



Step 6. Go to the Integrations option from the left-hand side vertical menu.



Step 7. You can find Monday.com integration from the list of available options thereby scrolling 

the page and also from the Search options given on the top right corner of this page:

 



Step  8. Click on the “+CONNECT” button of Monday.com integration, you will get the following popup:



 



Step  9. Enter the API token which we have noted earlier and click on the CONNECT NOW button and you will get an integration successful message.





Features of Monday.com Integration:

Contacts(phone/mobile details) present in the monday.com account’s dashboard would be sync gradually.

Call and SMS activities would be sent as “updates” to that entity in monday.com’s boards.

Users won’t be mentioned in tasks

Newly added/updated contacts(phone/mobile details) would be synced in real-time.

Newly added users would be synced within a maximum of 2 hours.

Bulk imports of contact would be synced gradually in real-time. This will not be available for boards created after integration. To have a newly created board this feature, a user is supposed to reintegrate monday.com




Limitations of Monday.com Integration:

Deleted contacts from Monday.com will not be deleted from CallHippo Dialer.

Boards created after integration will not have contacts sync capability, to have them sync capability you have to reintegrate monday.com integration.

Only monday.com users who are verified and have confirmed their email address will have the ability to add/update/delete contacts in real-time.

New users added will be synced in our system within 2 hours, so after they get synced only they would have the capability to have newly created contacts synced/updated in real-time in our system.
