How to integrate CallHippo with Freshservice?

Now copy Api Key (highlighted in picture) and copy domain from URL (Example : When your Freshservice URL is https://yourname.freshservice.com, copy “yourname”).

Write it somewhere.

Now you have Api key and domain.

In you CallHippo account -

Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.

Now click on +integrate button and you will be redirected to another page.

Now click on +Connect Your Freshservice and Enter you Api key and domain which you copied earlier and click on Save.

Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on Ok.

Now click on next and your will be redirected to your callhippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated.

You have successfully integrated your Freshservice account with callhippo.
