How to configure my Zapier integration?

Steps to perform for CallHippo Integration with Zapier:

Step 1. Log in to your CallHippo account.

Step 2. Go to the left sidebar menu of your dashboard and click on Integrations.

Step 3. Select Zapier and click on Integrate.

Step 4. Copy userId from the text input and click on Continue button

Step 5. Once you click on the Connect Now button, you will be redirected to zapier marketplace.

Step 6. Select the app which you want to use as a connector.                                                                            E.g. Pipedrive

Step 7. Select the Pipedrive trigger for call activity.

Step 8. Select the CallHippo app from ‘Choose app & event’ then click on the Continue button.

Step 9. Login CallHippo account from drop down list, if available.

-Click on ‘Connect’ if the CallHippo account is not available. Then log into the CallHippo account from the opened popup.

-Click on continue after account selection.

Step 10.  Setup trigger ( Copy userId which we copied earlier from integration popup ) & then Test Trigger.

Step 11.   Continue and click on + icon to set up the action for the required connector ( Pipedrive)

Step12. Choose action to create activity  and continue.   

And select the Pipedrive account.

Step 14. Now map your Pipedrive activity fields to CallHippo activity fields from the custom tab and click on Continue button.

Subject : Subject

Organization : Choose Organization ( Optional )

Person : ContactId ( Optional )

Assign To :  Choose  ( Optional )

Deal : DealId (Optional)

Is Done ? :  0/1

Type:  Call

Due date : Call Started time ( Optional )

Note : Notes ( Optional )

Step 15.  Click on Continue , Then click Test & Continue button and zap turn on.

In the web app of CallHippo, Zapier integration status will be INTEGRATED. 

You can also create other Zaps i.e Create/update/delete contact, and  Add/update/delete deals.

Note: While adding Call Log Activity Zap you might get dummy data from CallHippo. but don’t worry, it’s for field mapping purposes only. When you activate the zap and make a new call you will get the real data in your integration.
