How to check on how many users have been assigned 1 number?
In CallHippo, one number can be allocated to multiple users. To know how many users have been assigned 1 number, then follow the below mentioned easy steps:
Log into CallHippo dashboard (web.callhippo.com)
Go to the Number Section in the left panel.
Click on the Settings button of the number for which we are checking.
Select the “Allocate Users/Teams” option and highlighted users & teams are allocated to that number.
