Number Activation Process

There are certain numbers that require some verification carried out by the documents submitted by you. You might come across such numbers when you go ahead to purchase them and a box asking for details appears, like this -



Now, in order to purchase the particular number, simply type in the details in the box and upload the required documents for the same.
On submission of all the required documents, the number verification process will take 5-7 business days.
You can also view the status of the verification process of that particular number by clicking on the number and heading over to it’s number settings where you’ll see the status -




In case the number is not verified yet, it’ll show - “pending”.

In case you want to upload certain documents, click on the top right corner profile menu and select “Documents”



Here on this page click on “Upload Documents” and upload the documents from your system.



It takes around 5 days to activate the number after submitting the documents , meanwhile if you want to know the status or you have any other query , you can drop an email on support@callhippo.com
