How Call Recording Works?
Step 1: In CallHippo app (web.callhippo.com) go-to numbers.
Step 2: Click on the settings gear.
Step 3: If the user will turn call recording ON then only the calls will get recorded.
Step 4: Now as you have turned on your call recording, you can listen to call recordings from Activity Feed.
Note: If the user will turn call recording OFF then no recording data will be stored for the user to access.
