What is Abandonment Rate Report?

The Abandonment rate report gives the date-wise summary of calls that went unattended by the agents. 

Total Incoming calls – Number of incoming calls in a day

Answered calls – Number of calls that the agents unattended

Missed calls – Number of calls that went attended (including missed calls and voicemails)

Abandonment rate (%) – Missed calls/Total Incoming calls * 100

You can apply filter to see the data of a particular date range and download the report in excel format.
