How to view the sub-user activity feed as per the allocated number?
Only the admin account can provide the module rights to the sub-users.
If sub-users want to see the activity feed as per the allocated number then follow the steps:
Log in to CallHippo dashboard from an admin account.
Navigate to the Users Section-
Click on any sub-user to give the activity feed rights.
Click on ‘Module Rights’ and update the rules for the number, user, and teams or the team activity module, as per your preferences.
Turn the activity feed option ‘On’ and the user will be able to see his own calls only in the activity feed. If you set the activity feed option to the ‘Off’ position, then the user will be able to see all the logs of the numbers that are assigned to them.
