How to use Power Dialer?
Login to your CallHippo Dashboard (web.callhippo.com)
Go to Power Dialer section.
Click on Add Campaigns
Give a name to the campaign (should have at least 5 characters).
You can allocate the campaign to either Team or Users
Select the agents/team from the dropdown who will be attending calls from the campaign.
Select the FROM number for the campaign. All the calls will be made through the number you select.
With Power Dialer, you can automatically drop a voicemail when answering machine is detected on the other side. You can use this feature with Text & Music both.
In case the calls go unanswered on certain numbers, you can ask the system to more another attempts to those numbers after a certain time duration as shown below:
Download the template of the contact list. Add the contact names and numbers exactly in the given format. Please make sure that the numbers have proper country code and there are no spaces or special characters like ‘-‘, ‘()’.
Once you have added all your contacts in the sheet. Click on Upload and insert the file.
You can set the minimum user limit to run the campaign. If the number of users available is less than the limit set, the campaign will not run/will stop.
Give a description for campaign. It is optional. Then click on “Save” button.
You are all set to start the campaign. Please make sure all the agents have their dialer open. Click on toggle button.
As soon as you start the campaign, the system will start dialing out the contacts that you have uploaded in the sheet. The agents will see the below screen on the dialer page from where they will have to Start the session.
Once the session is started, the agents will start getting calls on their dialers.
The agents can click on End Session to take a break and then start it again when they are back.
If you wish to check the status of calls made, just go back to the dashboard and the number of calls made will be visible.
There is also an option to download the report of the calls made through the campaign.
