How to use Call Queueing?
Call Queueing is a feature that keeps the incoming calls in the queue while all the other agents are busy with ongoing calls. This feature helps to reduce the chances of missing calls. As soon as the agent is available, the call gets connected.
It's very simple just go the dashboard, Live Calls tab, there you can see how many callers are waiting in the queue.
