How to set-up outgoing call price limit?

This feature has been developed by keeping in mind that the Agents might not be aware of the per-minute calling cost of all the countries. Additionally, as an Admin, you can control the monthly billing by restricting the callers to call the countries which have prices under your set limit.



You can set the price limit for outgoing calls by following the below-mentioned steps:

• Log in to the CallHippo web (web.callhippo.com) Account



• Navigate to Settings section from left panel

• Scroll down to Price Cap and set the limit 









If you call outside your price cap, you will get a notification.








Note: The limit is only for outgoing calls.
