How to disable/turn off Call Forwarding?
Step 1: Login to your account (web.callhippo.com)
Step 2: To disable call forwarding, click on the "**USERS**" tab on the left side panel.
Step 3: Click on gear icon and go to User Settings
Step 4: Then go to Forward-to-device. Toggle it to your left hand side to disable/turn off the call forwarding.
