How to disable call forwarding?

Step 1: Login to your account (web.callhippo.com).



Step 2: Click on Users.



Step 3: Now click on Settings/Gear icon.



Step 4: Scroll to the section “Forward –to-device”.



Step 5: Click on the toggle and turn off call forwarding.
