How to change telephone network providers with Smart Switch?
A telephony service provider is nothing but the software interface) to a physical telephony device that can be accessed programmatically to perform actions such as dialing a phone number or logging a call.
Smart Switch allows users to simply toggle between multiple carriers and select the one that best suits their needs before placing a call. This, in turn, enables better call connectivity and facilitates effective communication.
Follow the below steps to switch between providers whenever there is an issue with the network or connectivity when you try to place a call:
On your CallHippo dial pad, you will find the Smart Switch option as shown below. By default, it has been set on network provider ‘A’.
If the user wants to switch the network provider from ‘A’ to ‘B’, the user needs to switch the toggle from ‘A’ to ‘B’. The user will receive a pop-up message on his screen.
