How do I set custom ringing time?
CallHippo allows you to customize the ringing time for your incoming calls. You can decide how many times you want an incoming call to ring before sending the call to voicemail or to disconnect.
The steps are as follows:
Log in to your CallHippo account (web.callhippo.com)
Click on ‘Numbers’ section that you will find on your dashboard
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon next for the number for which you want to customize the ringing time.
Go to the “Number Details” section and enable the toggle for “Set custom ringing time for incoming calls”
Click on the edit button and set the duration in seconds, the ringing will continue for the amount of time you set. The maximum value of duration is set to equal 60 seconds and the minimum value of duration is set to equal 10 seconds.
Click on the ‘Save’ icon to save the changes.
