Reasons for account block

There can be many scenarios which can lead to account blocking.

Scenario 1: If a user tries to login and enters the wrong password 5 times then your account will get blocked.




Solution: You will receive an email to your mail for unblocking of the account. Else you can mail to support@callhippo.com.




Scenario 2: If a user didn’t make a payment or payment fails then your account will be blocked.




Solution: You need to mail to the support@callhippo.com to unblock the account.


Scenario 3: If a user login to callhippo and detects that domain which is used to register is fraud then the account will be temporarily blocked.
